First Experience (2016): Great experience. Very helpful staff who tried to get me the best deal on both my trade in and new car. I never felt pressured into any decisions by them. I set a price point and features I wanted and they did an outstanding job finding a car that fit. Ryan Kutz was quick to respond to me and kept me informed on progress the whole way. Two for two for getting me a car I really like with a deal that only adds to the enthusiasm I have for the car.
Wendy was the most phenomenal salesperson! My Equinox lease was set to end in March and I've been hoping to get into a Traverse. Went to talk to Wendy to see what options we would have in the next few months. Well, she was able to get me into a Traverse that day! She literally was running all over the dealership grabbing keys for additional vehicles, talking to finance, etc. I never felt pressured once! She had such a wealth of information regarding the Traverse and had great feedback regarding any concerns I brought up, answering any question I had. She even helped me to keep my 2 yr old entertained while I completed necessary paperwork. This was my first experience working with Wendy and it was fabulous!! I also felt very safe at the dealership considering COVID and their current set up to comply with social distancing. I highly recommend getting into Kayser in Sauk to see Wendy! You won't be disappointed!!
I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership before. I felt as though they actually cared about me and the choice I was making, and offered very helpful advice along the way. I’m so happy with my car and got it for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Kayser Chrysler because I know first hand that their employees are genuine and care about making sure their vehicles hold a high standard.
Charlie Wilson was such a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience dealing with him was from start to finish. Although the dealership was over an hour away from our house, it would be the first place I look next time we need a vehicle. Charlie went above and beyond all expectations!
I was looking to purchase a used ram 1500 and they had one I was interested in. Zak was very helpful. I live an hour away from the dealership and wasn't able to do a test drive for a week, so I asked if they could hold it for me and they did. Zak also walked me through the financing process. Nice waiting area. Staff are friendly. I have had the truck for a month now and haven't had major problems. I would recommend.
