Friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I was so pleased with my appointment. I will definitely be back to see Carolyn for my hair needs.
Super friendly. Went in and got a trim and bangs, though, and none of it was even. The lady didn’t even try to even it out, she just snipped as she pleased. I spent more than $40 to be laughed at for however long it takes me to find someone to fix it. Also gave a generous tip... very disappointed.
I’m very frustrated with this business!!! I had to rescheduled twice and they gave me different times to get my hair done! They lied and told me they call me in the morning to confirm when I never got a call !!! Their communication is bad!!
Jaxon was amazing. Got TWO of us in and out within an hour and one of those was a baylayage! Clean, friendly salon and a good value for price/services
