I needed a storage unit for some furniture and after calling around, I chose West Side/ Pines West Self Storage. The location is very convenient and the price was reasonable. I told Don what I needed to store and he picked out the exactly correct size for my needs. The unit and premises were clean and well-lighted, and although there is not lighting inside the unit, I did not really need one. No signs of any bugs or mice getting in and my stuff was in great condition when I moved it out. Highly recommended!
I have used westsite self storage for two months and it is very nice and secure with easy access for the big truck. The customer service is very friendly and the rental price is reasonable. When I moved out my furniture and clothes are in good condition.
Kurt is really helpful and on the ball. West Side and Verona Road Self Storage are definitely our best storage unit experience in Madison. Prices are right there on the website, everything is upfront, clean, well organized and well managed. The only company we'll go back to.
Great team of owners and operators. Units are newer and the facility is gated requiring an access code for after hours.
