Everything was fine, until the day I got my taxes, I told Claudia that I wanted my taxes to deposited to my account directly. And the day I filed them she said she was only going to charge me $198. She never mentioned nothing about extra charges. Like charges for being a student, she never called me like she said she would, I never expected a call because I was supposed to get my check directly deposited. I tracked my check and it said it should have appeared on my account on march 2. I gave it 3 more days, then I called and turns out she had my check the whole time. I went to go it up and then I see that my check is missing $300. I told her that she could take those 198 from the check but I'm still missing about 150 and turns out she was charging me for having to print the check in her office when I clearly told her to do direct deposit. Definitely not coming back she has hidden prices and pretends like she didnt do anything wrong.

Claudia and her team are very knowledgeable when it comes to saving you money. She was able to work with me in preparing my taxes for my business. My book keeping was a mess and she was able to get it under control. I would highly recommend Total Tax for personal or business related tax services.

I absolutely love this place! Claudia from total tax return is the only one I trust to do my taxes. She had amazing customer service, little to no late time and I always get my max return. I highly recommend this place, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also give quotes over the phone for free.
