We ordered 3 large pizzas tonight- paid 70 dollars and while the flavor was good we can not believe how small they were— thin crust should be labeled cracker crust. Huge disappointment and barely was enough to feed 5 adults. Will not order again. I wonder if the pizzas were actually large...? Their screw up but at this point it’s a joke -

We've had a lot of issues with this location recently. We order buffalo mac and cheese pizza and get no mac, no buffalo. Few weeks later no buffalo. Month went by and tried again, no buffalo. We have started checking before leaving and just going in to ask for a side of buffalo...nIt's hard during these crazy times to wait for them to remake our whole order when we have so much going on. But they also hit and miss have masks on, which is a huge deterrent in a food service place. And it's not a very friendly place overall when we have issues. As someone who works in the service industry I get these times are intense, but also really hope for better.

I will give it one star only because it was hot & on time. I am VERY disappointed in the quality. I got a medium (12 -in) sausage, mushroom, pepper and onion. There were 10 small slips of sausage, 6 am slices of bell pepper, 5 small slices of onion & 6 slices of mushroom. I expected better for the price. I can get a 16 in pizza, same toppings & 10 times more for HALF the cost of you 12 in and MUCH better quality. Will NEVER order from Toppers again.

We’ve given this location several chances and they just keep disappointing. Toppings tend to be very sparse and sauce is non-existent even after ordering extra sauce, putting in a note that we want extra sauce (please), and giving tips for take out orders. We’ve called to let them know in the past and they’ve refunded us but we aren’t looking to get ‘free’ disappointing pizza. Watch out if they are offering 50% off special because they give you medium size pizzas when you order larges during the special. Opening those tiny pizzas with 10 extra hungry house guests was so embarrassing! Never received any responses when giving feedback to corporate.

Very poor service. The pizza was good but there was a solid 4 INCHES of crust on it before the toppings actually started. Whomever cut the pizza did not even come CLOSE to being even.. My soda was never delivered for my order. There was no sauce to go with my breadsticks (I picked marinera). They gave me the wrong receipt. I tried to call to get the charge taken off and got put on hold TWICE for 10 minutes each.
