I usually pick up and the pizzas are always great. Ordered delivery one time and it was fast and hot. Not sure about the negative reviews.
My son loves they’re tiny personal pizza they’re always fresh and fast! Keep up the great work.
Ordered for a 1030a delivery and didn’t come until 11:45a. Manager gave us a store credit for the delay... which is understandable in the midst of a pandemic BUT the deliver driver had the audacity to ask us if we were gonna tip him in a rude manner. I said we pre-tipped you online already and in my mind I was like he must’ve forgot he was the one late... not me.
Original review: one starnAll of the negative reviews are TRUE. Second time we’ve received cold pizza and breadsticks. The gentleman on the phone was polite and receptive, asked if we wanted a credit or have another order delivered to us. I really didn’t want to wait another hour for cold pizza, so now we have a $50 credit to order cold pizza again. My husband literally said, “tastes like we ordered it last night.”nnUpdate: ordered on 5/25 to use store credit and it was never put in the system. However, recently management has changed and by my conversation with the guy on the phone, it felt like they’re genuinely trying to turn things around. The gentleman honored my situation and I picked up pizza that was correct, hot, and ready in 20 minutes. Hoping things go differently for them now.
