I love Jimmy Johns and hadn’t had it in a long time, and was so excited to order!nnI‘ve never ordered from the Middleton location and this negative review applies specifically to their store.nnHEADS UP Middleton residents:nnWe live in Tribeca Village Apartments, which is 1.5 miles away from this Jimmy Johns. I plugged my address into the website, and it said they didn’t deliver here!nnI called the store, and the gentleman on the phone had me wait while he ‘checked their system’ (which I had already done) and he said their boundary line for deliver was Century Ave. Tribeca Village is 1 block off of Century!nnTo make matters worse, we ended up ordering from the Milios on University, which is CLOSER to Madison and further away from us - they delivered ud83dude0a Thanks Milios !!nnJimmy Johns obviously has some rezoning to do as they are missing out on dedicated customers!
I placed an order and waited almost 40 minutes for it to be delivered. Talking about “freaky fast”. Then I called to check on the order and they couldn’t give me an estimated time. Never again will I order from this Jimmy Johns.
