Best shopping experience I have ever had! Sean was the one who helped us out and he was extremely helpful. Also a wizard when it comes to guessing sizes.
Nice selection for a store, but won't go to westowne.
I love this store, they have great clothing! The only problem is it's pricey. With this being said, you get what you pay for, the clothes are nice and quality that will last. Customer service is great and friendly.
Ordered online. Packaging was cheap and damaged. Buckle offered to replace the missing items with “fine print” basically stating that if THEY determine that I received the missing items they will charge me for the replacement. We are not talking about Coco Chanel here. They want you to pay for not providing better packaging. I’ve ordered from here for years. No more. Fast fashion is shady.
I've never been to a Buckle store. Great items I'm just wondering if the cost reflects the quality or if it's just a name you are paying for? I will go back
