Despite the negative reviews, I have always been greeted by a sales associate and shown where to find my size and the items I was looking for. When in the dressing room a sales associate checked in on me frequently. The prices are rather high but the clothes are beautiful and well made and I have found the sales associates to be gracious and very helpful.
Outstanding quality, beautiful clothes and just about the only place I shop anymore. The fitting rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the customer service is excellent. I can always count on the sales people to give me opinions on how things look and they are so helpful in tracking down sizes and placing orders if needed. Heidi recently helped me make a decision on a purchase of a shrug to go with a dress, and the result was terrific!
I like Talbots sales. I cannot afford their lines without sales. Most of their products are good quality. Their sales associates are typically very helpful. If you need one specific power outfit go here. If you are looking to restock your closest...bring the piggy bank.
