I had some great and vintage looking men’s clothing some still had tags on the shirts, the staff member, Jessica took a few short minutes (though she told me about 20 minutes), to look over the clothes and told me because the 3 bags of clothes that I brought in weren’t folded, washed, are “too worn” (there was no holes in any of the clothes) and because the clothes were not being brought in a tote bin or a container that she can’t buy any of it...WTH! are you kidding me?! The clothes I brought were legit and Plato’s closet “staff” are ungrateful and whoever manages the staff and their business needs a serious reality check!

I walk in and my girlfriend goes to sell some of her clothes Straight away the worker asked if my girlfriend can put her mask on all the way and we were fine with that and we cooperated and then when we were shopping I had my mascon all the way but she still told me to pull it up and I had to keep it up to my eyes and I have asthma and then after that she didn’t sell the clothes Because they weren’t folded. So then when we checked out and paid for clothes me and my friends were talking outside and she came out for no reason and told me I can’t come back because someone called her a swearword. Nobody called her that and I don’t understand what her problem. The workers name was Olivia.

I showed up with a huge bucket of clothing. Last time I was here they took quite a bit of clothing which made me hopeful for this time. Majority of the clothing I had to give them were brand new and not worn out at all. The worker dug through my stuff for 20 seconds and threw it all back in the bin without even unfolding anything and told me the clothes were old and too worn out. How is brand new clothing from Victoria secret old and worn out ? Very disappointed.

Would not let me in without a mask even though I have a medical exemption and it's very difficult for me to breath without a mask. They told me I can do curb side pick up I said how? They said they will shop for me. How? Makes absolutely no sense, will not be back. Very dissapointing. Discrimination.
