Once you get past the call center and speak to someone inside the store they are very good and very helpful. When I went in, the pharmacy technicians were very kind and very helpful. I had almost forgotten what good conversation was like with everything going on until I went in.nnHad to say Thank You!nMade my day, I had to share.
We got a lot of things that we needed it was great service
Keep getting texts and calls for un-needed refills..... Not sure why they are pushing meds that are not needed.... Doc specifically said that if meds are needed I should call pharmacy to get to refill. I don't need them... so why are you refilling without permission?
Recently called in to speak to the pharmacy to update insurance coverage. Waited on hold for 54 minutes and the tech hung up. The assistant store manager reported he has absolutely no way to find out who this, that hung up. As a customer I deserve to be treated with respect. Taking my pharmaceutical needs elsewhere..
I always do the customer surveys. I really appreciate the fact that Walgreens actually listens to them. For a while I repeatedly suggested Walgreens offer testers in the cosmetics department; it was very frustrating for me to consistently spend money on products to get home and find out they were the wrong color/texture/etc. and I would imagine it must be inefficient on Walgreen's end to keep having opened cosmetics returned. To my surprise, they have since added testers to numerous brands. I'm impressed! Thank you Walgreens, for listening!
