Had a super great experience here. Not only was I glad to see the fitting rooms open, but the staff was taking the fullest measures to ensure everyone's safety. All of the associates were so helpful and cheerful. Definitely a great environment! Officially have my business ♡

Always have sales, they allow you to try clothes on! Matching clothes for all the kids so adorable! Excellent quality! Masks not required which is awesome!
Haven't been shopping in a long time, but was glad to see Old Navy is taking Covid seriously.
Absolutely terrible management. 3 items were left behind because the cashier took them out of the bag after my purchase and didn’t put them back. When I realized it the following day and called them, the original person I spoke with (Mel) was very helpful and tried to help me with a return over the phone because I live over an hour away and preferred to just return them instead of drive two hours for them. When she was unable to help me, I assume a manager took the phone (Kim) who lectured me that she drives an hour to work and doesn’t see why I don’t just come get them when in fact I do commute 140 miles/day in the opposite direction of Old Navy West Madison. All of that is besides the point, I was really just looking for kindness or an apology but I got neither and was faced with a rude and inappropriate response. Glad I’m not her employee is all I gave to say!
