I had a very optimum experience with the teachers of Inner Fire Yoga. Their gentle way of teaching helped me overcome my consciousness to do some postures due to my back issues. The alternatives they teach for so many ongoing issues that people might have is so helpful that you never know how fast the class comes to an end. Some teacher's end of the session relaxation massage is the best kind of treatment you would ever get. Even though the location is slightly far for me, the calm and aromatic ambience is always so inviting. This place taught me a new definition of yoga.

Inner Fire is one of my favorite studios. There are classes that will meet you wherever you are in your yoga journey. One of my favorites is the HOT 60 with Dar. She is a great teacher, will give you excellent cues and help you make corrections. She keeps it fun. I am also a fan of the Yin class. To be honest, you really can't go wrong with any class you decide to take.

Great atmosphere for yogis of all levels! I'm a beginner and I always feel well guided in the studio. Inner Fire offers classes at various temperatures, speeds, and instructors offer plenty of pose modifications if you'd like a more challenging or less challenging sequence.

The workshop with Max Storm on chest opening was worth every minute. Max shared his vast knowledge of using breath as the primary focus of the practice for mental and physical health benefits. His use of humor and stories made the points he was making easy to remember. Additionally he had several alignment tips and cue suggestions that were very insightful. Inner Fire West is a terrific facility with a friendly helpful staff. I always find my experience there well worth the trip to Madison.

I’ve practiced yoga for so many years and I finally decided to try hot yoga through classpass. I love this studio! Dr Ruddy is one of the best instructors I’ve had. His class on Sunday mornings is my favorite way to start the week.
