Came here with the wedding party to pick up and get fitted for our suits before a wedding. I had been measured at a location in Minnesota and the suit was sent here—fit perfectly and the staff was really helpful at getting us organized and showing us how everything should look and fit. They didn’t open until noon on Sunday after the wedding but I was able to drop the suit off at a different location on my way back to Minneapolis. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to rent!
This was a great experience
Not a good experience. They said they would call when tuxes were in we got no call. We had to call them. Father of groom pants to short measured wrong, o couldn't help us that night said they would be in around 1:30 following day. No call till 4:30. Said they were lost on fed ex truck after numerous calls.
ordered suit 2 months before wedding, was supposed to be in a week beforehand to make sure it fit, got it the day before the wedding and it was way too big. It was a lot of fun having to hold my pants up all day
The suits are great and look fantastic, however, it was a very frustrating ordeal just DAYS before the wedding. Would not recommend especially with all the stress they put me through leading up to the big day. Had to call the regional managers manager because of how unorganized things were. The only good thing was they reimbursed us for a purchase suit.
