I had a great experience working with Smart Motors Toyota. Ray was a pleasure to work with and made my buying experience exceptional. He was knowledgeable and answered each and every question I had. Ray and Lee did a good job helping us get to price we wanted to pay for our vehicle. Both are pretty friendly. Ray answered pretty much all our questions. The only down fall would I would say is they ran my credit 6-7 times to find best rate even though I asked them to limit to 3. Either way nothing I can do now but our vehicle is nice and we are happy with it. Even if they try to up sell you or you aren’t happy with something be sure to speak up and stick to what you told them. Very happy we did that and didn’t settle for something that isn’t affordable.

I found a fantastic used Honda Civic EX with low mileage and I owe much of my “good luck” to my sales person Chris as well as the staff who helped me recognize a great deal on the spot. They helped with a great trade-in value plus details like technical settings, a car wash, and understanding the warranty options to make this the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had.

My mom had never purchased a vehicle on her own before, my dad always took care of all that, but she fell in love with a 2016 RAV4 on the Used lot and that was that. We drove in from Watertown just before Thanksgiving to make the deal and the whole experience was top notch from the time we arranged our visit to the moment we drove off the lot.nnWe worked with Tim N and Brian E and both were friendly and knowledgeable, and honestly, this was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever been involved with. Definitely will recommend Smart for fair deals and awesome prices!
