My wife and I just bought our first Toyota. We had been shopping many makes and models for several months. At Smart Toyota we worked with Sammie Williams and had an outstanding customer service experience. Sammie was friendly, responsive, courteous, informative and patient. The rest of the team at Smart was also outstanding. This entire experience was great. Do yourself a favor and go to Smart and ask for Sammie.

Everyone at the dealership was courteous, friendly and helpful.nMike (Sales) spent an inordinate amount of time (to me) finding me a vehicle that met my requirements, both esthetically and within my budget. He was focused on/committed to seeing that I was happy with my purchase. He certainly succeeded!!nThis is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Smart Motors Toyota. Ray has been a pleasure to work with on the tacoma. He took his time explaining all the features and very knowledgable on the vehicle. I bought my highlander hybrid from Smart 3/4 years ago and I gotta say awesome team!!! I should have left a review sooner. Awesome sales team (Brian E), great service team, great body shop team (I hit two deer different times, also had a co worker back up into my car). I got an awesome car, I love my highlander!! No regrets & I will be buying my next highlander from Smart Toyota when the time comes!!
