Jose is a really good guy and a very knowledgeable salesman. I was impressed with his knowledge of Lexus and a multitude of other makes and models. Although he doesn’t know how to hang or mud drywall nor does he partake in any form of manual labor. When it comes to buying a car, he’s great to work with. I would give two thumbs up and recommend. As a former salesman, if I was to send my mom or family to work with a salesman, it would be Jose.

Doesn’t include unwanted services and BS with the customer. Very professional and at the same time makes you feel comfortable getting things done.nnJosh Anderson, Lance Anderson - Sales Managers: Real decent, honest & trustworthy sales managers. They don’t pull of any weird sales tactics on you to bump their #’s and give an honest opinion on what would be the right fit for your need. They’re very accommodative of the customer and also keep the business running for their company. It’s a very fine line to run the business, make money and still make the customer happy.nnThe last and the best:nJoe (Joseph Fasula) : This guy can literally sell you anything! I’m a hard head to convince is what I’m told and he does a great job at delivering the message he wants to in subtle and a decent way. If any sales leaders in any industry are looking at this review and looking for a great sales guy then go get him.nHe also doesn’t fake talk or sweet talk to make the sale but he gives a honest take on what his opinion is and how we should go about it.nnI’ll be using this team until they’re around at Lexus of Madison for all my sales and service needs for all my vehicles now.

They are the gold standard for care. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service personnel are thorough and efficient. The best thing about them is they sell and service quality vehicles/ I have driven RX 350's for the past 15 years and couldn't be more satisfied.

I purchased a RLX HYBRID Lexus from the Madison / Middleton dealership. I was very impressed with my sales staff member Renee. She was genuine, professional, knowledgeable and assisted me to be confident and certain of what Lexus had to offer in their line of vehicles. A+customer care.nJoshua in Management was AWESOME ! I felt confident I was making the right choice becoming a new Lexus owner.nI watched and listened during my visit. I must comment EVERY staff member that encountered a guest acknowledged and spoke to every client..That says alot about Customer Care . Thank you for the great service, you are on your Game !!! I was greeted by Roger in the service dept. upon driving into the service department. He treated me very well. He pointed out the small dent on my passenger side front panel and asked if I wanted a quote to fix it. He suggested the person that could fix it was in and if I wanted it fixed it wouldn’t take long. I was thrilled to think I could get it fixed that easily. He also went over what needed attention for the amount of mileage on my car. I asked him to go ahead and check all suggested items. Roger kept me informed throughout the service that took less than 2 hours. I’ve always felt good about taking my vehicle to Lexus of Madison. They do an awesome job.nThanks.
