Friendly and fast service. I love that they provide you with a link so you can check on the progress of your vehicle in real time. I've had oil changes and also repairs and have been really happy. And REALLY appreciated the rides to and from work when I was getting oil changes and the loaner vehicle when they had to keep my vehicle overnight for repairs.
The team knows what they are selling. Either had answers to my questions or got an answer quickly. Pricing was very good and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. We had some delays because they were busy but overall it was a very easy process.
Work done was great. Done in a timely manner. Loaner available made experience even better. Tom was great. Very helpful and kept me well updated on my car being serviced
Great service. Great workmanship. My visit at Bergstrom Middleton didn't cost me a penny. The technician made a mistake not putting back a small rubber piece in the door... But then they called me to let me know, and corrected the problem for free. This is an absolutely 100% outstanding company.
My experience is really great. They made it really easy for scheduling and dropping off my vehicle. They also gave me a loaner vehicle for the day. And they also washed my car I will definitely return for future service and recommend more people to go to Chevy of Middleton
