Excellent first car buying experience! I initially reached out online to test drive a vehicle and the staff was very responsive and respectful of my communication preferences. From start to finish, the car buying process was seamless. Ernest provided fantastic service and answered all of my questions. Everyone at the dealership was proactive in learning about my needs and preferences and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I previously was a Chevy driver and I couldn't be happier with my switch to Ford.
I had a great experience even though I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle I looked at. I worked with Derek and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, even came in on his off day while I did a test drive. Would definitely recommend.

Great overall experience - the service felt friendly and accommodating, never pushy or seedy.
