I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism! The CPA assigned to our account, Michelle Coder, does not return emails or calls. And when we finally got to talk to someone, they couldn't find our tax file! Which meant they hadn't even started the job! We've been in business for over 25 years and are a small business, who's previous accounting firm was acquired by KMA. They have made us feel so insignificant. We can't wait to switch to our new accountant firm. If you're a small company, forget KMA!

I have worked with KMA Bodilly and Craig Huisman for several years. They take care of my personal taxes and also handle the taxes and payroll processing for my company, Monroe Street Framing. They are clearly focused on maintaining good client relationships and do that by providing excellent service, consistent communication, and support as needed. I would highly recommend working with them, especially if you have a small business!

I used them for 3 years back about 5 years ago. Communication was sparse and unprofessional in my case. That was some time ago so situation could have improved.
