Porter & Sack must not be set up for smaller businesses because over my 2-year relationship with them my calls and emails were consistently slow to be returned by my CPA (sometimes 4-5 days or even more would go by). I just got the sense I wasn’t a priority client (but they still charged me priority client prices, haha!). I finally moved on, deciding I deserve to be treated like a superstar client if I’m paying that much.

Shuffled my file (a simple 1040 with no additional schedules) between 3 people for 6 weeks before calling on 4/8 to tell me they were going to charge me $500. Untimely, terrible communication, unprofessional!
