Horrible experience. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.nnWe had an appointment with them and after waiting for a half hour, nobody showed up to meet us. We called the number provided and the desk phone rang, but we weren't allowed to leave a message. We contacted the store and they were unable to locate the Jackson Hewitt staff person. We were never contacted by Jackson Hewitt after they failed to show up for our appointment.nnWe ended up going to H&R Block instead.

I went there back in February the tax preparer there made me feel so welcome and we had a great conversation about kids and family she was so relatable and she told me if I had any questions please ask I just saw her a few days ago and though the tuff time she still had a smile and remember my name I will beck to see her next tax seasonud83dude03ud83dude03ud83dude03ud83dude03
