Decent food yet super delicious with affordable and reasonable price. Two thumbs up for the bread sticks and the bone-in wings. (Korean Bbq bone-in wings). We love its signature sauce.

I wanted wings, so I tried their 14 piece bone-in wings with Smokey BBQ sauce.nDelicious and filling. I will definitely try other sauce flavors, but these were good wings!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered delivery online at 1am, when closing time is 1:45am. My order said it would get here at 1:32am, yet 5 minutes after I ordered my order said it was cancelled. I called and asked why. The man working was very RUDE and SNARKY and said there's no point in having a closing time if my food would take longer to get there. I told him understand this but I ordered 45 minutes before closing time thinking this was fairly reasonable. When I nicely stated this he said well have a nice day and HUNG UP on me. This was ridiculous customer service. Never going back here from now on only Ian's is getting my business.

Pizza was good besides the hair in one of them. Also no option for extra cheese on specialty pizzas (on grubhub) :(

The rudest I have been treated in a while. First I was told can't take your cash. Swiped my card to payed. Still rude would have canceled my order but I already paid. Will not go back. I hope the owner of the store knows of my poor experience. Order #10003 located Regent Street Madison 11/9/2020
