No matter how much we complain on the app the workers always forget dipping sauces that we PAY EXTRA for. Last time it was the icing for the cinnamon bread twist, and this time it was the ranch sauce for my pizza. Also we never received the cinnamon bread twist, they were garlic and tasted stale. So, if you like being charged for items you never receive then please order from here.
I had ordered pizza and a sandwich for a friend. They gave me a courtesy call to inform me that they ran out of bread, but I could get something else alternatively. I said it was okay to wait. My friend never got her sandwich. The pizza was delivered along with an empty box that is suppose to have a sandwich in it....she waited longer than she was suppose to because they were unprepared and never got it. I called the following day and couldn’t get a refund. They offered a coupon but I never received it. I paid for an empty box and tipped for awful services. 10/10 would not recommend this location.
My pizza got delivered to the wrong address, when I called back and told them they didn’t offer me a refund and just offered to re-make it and deliver it again. By the time this happened I didn’t even want my pizza anymore so I just got a refund. Hopefully my refund shows up within the next few days
Super nice always friendly and helpful. Have even tossed me a free sauce for bites every once in a while. Don’t punish them if this is a no-no, corporate.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION. Website says delivery time 11-21 minutes and my order did not arrive for 1.5 hours.the driver said they are routinely instructed by manager to clock out orders so their times look better. They LIE. I didnt get to eat my lunch because they were so late. They would not answer the phone so I could cancel my order. Don't waste your money this place is a joke.
