Simple done well with very fast delivery everytime.nGreat reward program doesn't hurt either.
Kicked out into a big rainstorm when 2 workers were in the store 1 not wearing a mask and speaking right next to each other next to the food... I didnt have a mask, which is obviously wrong. But a little human decency to let me in out of the rain for a bit to get some food before I had to run back across state street to my car would have been nice, especially when nobody was in the store.
Worker verbally assaulted me because I didn't have money to tip him, then shoved my food into my hands, and continued to berate me as he walked away from me.nnI used to manage a restaurant. I know times are tough right now, but the main reason I order from you guys is because I can afford it. As someone who has next to no income now, due to physical health issues, the things your deliverer said were offensive. I paid for my food. I have had other, kinder delivery drivers in the past, but this particular man was very rude. I already feel bad that I can't afford a tip - I didn't need him to make me feel worse.
I covered my nose mouth with a few napkins as my surgical mask forgotten in my car. Jimmy Johns would not make me a sandwich/ if they wouldn’t accommodate folks who want to make a transaction outside, or work with someone who has face covered. How am I supposed to believe Jimmy Johns wants to be helpful. Do not buy when COVID is an excuse to be LAZY.
