Recommend ordering prior to 11 lunch or 4 PM dinner if wanting delivery
Dunno what happened to this placed. They delivery used to be pretty good. Used to get a good amount of food. But now the service is terrible, the drivers are rude AF and the food is pretty bad. A shame. This was one of those surprise places that was pretty good bang for the buck.
Tried to get their food delivered once. Waited two whole hours, called the store four times, never showed up. Had it once at a friend's house and it tasted fine, but do NOT order delivery; you have to pay in advance and if they don't show, you just get scammed.
The food is good but the delivery service is terrible. They left my food in the lobby without telling me and refused to completely deliver it.
Delivery Driver was very rude and tried to insist I come down to the lobby. No, I gave very clear instructions on how to dial my apt # on the buzzer to be let in the building. It is very very easy. I did not tip you to deliver food to my lobby, I tipped you to deliver my food to my door. (Which he got a great tip, and you have to tip ahead of time on a debit/credit card. So he got tipped great for being rude AF. Awesome. ud83dude11) He was on the phone and shoved my food at me when he finally came up. If you don’t want to deliver food right to people (as most people expect when ordering delivery, kind of the point of delivery), then maybe don’t be a delivery driver. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f There is a ton of Chinese Restaurants to order from, I won’t order from here again if this is how I will be treated.
