Love love love Basecamp (Monroe St)! The staff are all amazing and they have created a welcoming and inclusive space for every body. The coaches will help your modify exercises if you have limitations and if they know you’re not pushing yourself, they’ll encourage you to lift heavier or modify the exercise to make it more difficult. You’ll immediately feel like you’re a member of a community and it will likely be the best 40ish minutes of your day.
Love Basecamp on Monroe. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and supportive. It is definitely a gym that makes you feel welcomed and leaves you wanting to come back. Compared to other facilities, I've never felt intimidated or judged while working out with Basecamp. Thank you for creating that environment!
I Love Basecamp on Monroe!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I absolutely love that the classes are just 35 minutes and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in and I’m usually sore the next day lol It’s addicting and I’d highly recommend it for anyone.
The staff was very open and honest about what help they can offer.
I LOVE these workouts! They may just be 35 minutes long but the workouts are so challenging, I know I will see results if I stick to it. Thank you Basecamp!
