Tantra is a peaceful, welcoming, inclusive studio to practice yoga at. I always feel part of the community and like individual care and attention is taken to making sure I am practicing safely. This is where alignment meets spirituality.
I absolutely cannot rave enough about the quality of Amy's teaching and this beautiful studio. Amy's teaching is the highest quality yoga instruction I have found in Madison. I never leave class without having learned something new about yogic philosophy and my body. The space is gorgeous, cozy, and very welcoming to EVERYONE who comes through the door. If you're considering trying it, DO IT, you won't be sorry you did!
Amy is an amazing Yoga teacher. The space is awesome. Definately check it out.... You'll be thankful you did.
