I started going to OS 4 months ago and it has been an incredibly positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable and purposeful with every workout. They encourage you to strive for your fitness goals but also care about you as a person and celebrate personal achievements as well. I cannot recommend Orange Shoe enough!
I have been going to OS Downtown for over four years and joining was the best decision ever! The staff are amazing, the work-outs are top-notch and challenging. I came to OS six months post-partum after my first child and continued working out through my second pregnancy and beyond. The staff understand how to make the experience personal and build upon where you are - whether you are postpartum, or competitive in your training. I love this community and can't say enough about how it has changed my life!
