Just try it!!! I tried Barre for the first time couple days ago with Sarah. It was just amazing... initially I thought to go there every two days, but the first time I just cannot forget how great I felt and could not wait for the other class, so I go everyday now. I absolutely love barre and brawl. It is just a great experience for stress relieve and keep yourself healthy. I never liked exercise but this place made it so enjoyable.

Excellent Barre studio! They offer a variety of class options, including Barre, HIIT, brawl, and boot camp. All of the instructors push your limits and off encouragement throughout class. The atmosphere is fun and inviting

This is far and away the toughest workout I’ve ever done! But it felt so good to accomplish it. I have zero ballet experience, and that didn’t matter. I am so sore from head to toe today. Regretfully, I cannot remember the red headed teacher, but she was AMAZING! She kept me pushing through when I wanted to collapse. Give this class a try!!!! (I think Kylie was our coach!)
