ReFind Style

Refind is a fun place to shop, but not good to consign. I have tried to retrieve a check for my sold designer handbag, as well as my unsold items from Refind 3 times. I initially dropped off 7 items for consignment, and I'm not sure what else has sold. The first time the shop owner cancelled with me 2 hours prior to our appointment due to pet emergency, the second time she canceled with me 1 minute before our appointment was to begin  due to a longer than anticipated appointment on her end (I was already at her storefront, but the store was closed) and the third time she was supposed to drop my check & items off to me but she never showed up, nor did she connect with me to reschedule or say why she didn't come.nnI have since emailed her 4 times and have received no response, I've sent a message to her Facebook business page and received no response (even though she's made multiple posts  on the page since then), AND I left a voicemail on her personal cell.nnSoooo.. Not really sure what's going on. I realize things are wacky right now due to covid and I've been really patient and kind in all of my communications with her since I realize everyone is going through a lot this year. In my voicemail, I kindly asked again to retrieve my check & unsold items, and said that if a mistake with my items was made, to just tell me & I'm sure we could work something out. Still, silence. At this point I'm just really disheartened by this whole experience.

This store has awesome stuff! I was able to snag a really nice blouse for work at a great price, but will definitely be back because they have amazing vintage stuff! Really cool dresses and purses. I feel like this would be a fun place to shop if you were having a theme party and needed some vintage stuff, but they also just have really high quality items that are a lot of fun. Definitely worth checking out!
