I tried to make an exchange for an item I bought online. The cashier said they couldn’t exchange it in store or help me with the online exchange, since they didn’t have the product I wanted. It said online you could process exchanges in-store, so maybe she just didn’t know how to do that or like didn’t want to help me with it?nTheir displays are nice, but they also feel kind of empty inside.
My wife and I did a full day float trip with Mike from Madison Outfitters and we killed it! We caught at least 20 plus trout ranging from 8 in - 17 in! Everyone at the shop was super helpful as well. Lots of fun stuff. Great atmosphere. Customer service was great. Weird parking but worth it.
I was visiting the store and was helped by a guy name Geronimo. He's was absolutely fantastic to work with. 10/10 would recommend him.
Plenty of inventory in fashions that the store has deemed current. I was impressed by the amount of customers while I was there. Many interested ng fashions for very specific occasions. Worth a look around for the college age consumer.
