My car had to be towed due to a flat tire at 3AM in the morning. Their tow truck arrived on time & they were very polite & professional starting from the phone call until the car got towed to it’s destination. I forgot to ask the name of the truck driver, he was a really cool & helpful guy. Definitely recommend.

Great service! The dispatcher was wonderful in helping make me feel at ease and explained everything perfectly. The tow truck driver came quickly to tow my car to the repair shop and gave me a ride there too. Very professional service!

They were amazing. Our truck broke down hailing.our camper and the dispatcher, Mike was super friendly, caring and concerned about us as we were stranded in Verona, WI. Tow truck came very quickly and the driver was also very kind. He was thorough and safe loading the truck. I highly recommend!

This place has completely changed my view of tow yard services! My car was the victim of a hit and run accident, the other car owner’s insurance company tried to deny payout damages by claiming the car was a stolen vehicle. Since I only had liability coverage, my own insurance company would not do anything about this damage. I was devastated to learn that not only my car was totaled, I was also responsible to pay all the towing and storage charges if the insurance company denied the coverages. Right when I ran out of options and hopes, I called the Schmidt towing trying to settle the towing and storage bill, a wonderful lady named Kristin picked up the phone and gave me hope all over again! Kristin was extremely professional and knowledgeable, she strongly believed the other car insurance’s company should cover all the damages and tow yard cost, she even went above and beyond consulting her own lawer regarding my case; she called the insurance company that tried to deny the coverage; she told me not to worry about all the storage charges until we figure all these out with the insurance company; she remembered me every time I called her. After about 2 weeks back and forth with the insurance company, today that insurance company backed down and agreed to pay all the damages! Without Kristin, I would not have fought with the insurance company so confidently, I almost accepted the fact that I was just this unlucky person and walked away paying hundreds of the towing & storage charges, plus thousands of dollar damage to my car. To Kristin, thank you for giving me hope and always being available. To you lovely readers of this review, don’t give up fighting, justice is on your side!
