Scheduled appointment for ten and no one showed. Called to reschedule for 11:30 and still no one showed. Tried to call back with no answer. Woman answered calls but then hung up immediately. Highly unprofessional.
I called them up to see if they had used tires for my '94 Camry on 3-2-20. They said yes, and to come in before they closed at 6pm. I got there at 5pm and they looked to be very busy at the time. An employee directed me where to park and proceeded to remove my tires. I received 2 very good tires mounted/balanced for a reasonable price and was on my way before 5:30 pm. Very friendly, quick and professional service. Thank you!
The best place in Madison for used tires. I stopped in on a Sat. morning looking for 2 used tires for my van. Man working quickly checked, found two, showed me their condition and installed them in no time at a terrific price. Quick, friendly efficient! He let me wait in the office. This place is my kind of place. Real mom and pop atmosphere. Nothing fancy. I am sick of big box tire stores closing down places like this. I'll be spreading the good word. This will always be my only stop shop for used tires! Thanks!
These guys just bought my junk car at a fair price. Stopped by and hauled it off. Their driver David was professional and quick. If I could give more starts I would.
Great service and friendly. Stood in shop talking to the mechanic (skip) as he threw some tires on. Very reasonable prices and prompt service. In and out in no time, already started spreading the word to friends and family.
