I live here in the park and I love the fact, that there is lots to do and a pool, people are pretty nice here as well.
Been here for 10 years. Lot rent in the past 5 years has shot up. WIsh the owners would start taking into consideration there are a lot of retired people here on a fixed income. Otherwise it is a great park.
Have several friends who have lived here for few years - visiting.
Gated home park. Grounds are kept clean & is pretty quiet - it is a 55+ community. 😉
Residents follow park regulations - no pets roaming, individual properties are kept nice & tidy. There is a lack of green landscaping in common areas - desert. No big trees providing shade outside - palm trees(pigeon hotels).
Park is very close to light rail - this has brought a lot more pedestrian traffic and some of the melui that comes with that.
I would not walk in the late afternoon or evening - even in the park. There is just too much foot traffic & people with challenging life situations roaming & approaching you. (This happens during day as well)
I have lived here for a year and four months. Rented a single wide to see if I liked living here which I really did. There were friendly residents and lots of social activities. Since then I bought a double wide. Great location because I don't drive any longer and the park is right across the street from the light rail.
