The guys were very nice, explained fees and things to me. However, they told me they had put "so much" money into the vehicle we purchased. Knowing we bought a used car, we expected and were prepared for some minor issues to occur but nothing like we have experienced. Our vehicle has been with a mechanic more than it has been in our driveway.

I shopped around a little and Dunlap Auto was by far the nicest place. Don't let the outside fool you. I truly believe they pick only quality vehicles here. I bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey for my family and it's runs great. The battery had died a couple days after buying it and I brought it back in and they changed it out for free. Fred was so incredibly kind and Tyson was very helpful. They made the whole experience quick and easy. They don't have the biggest inventory but if you're in need they are worth giving a shot.

So they charged a PreCon fee and they tell you it's a fee for the detailing job. Omg! It was filthy inside and the leather seats were stained. They didn't provide a breakdown of what it all involves but it was indeed a rip off. I feel that they took advantage. I asked for the money back. They offered a second chance for a re-do. All they did was armor all the tires and a wash. I do not recommend this place!!!

10/10 experience. I flew in from NY for my dream car! Fred held the car for me for a week and even offered to pick be up from the airport. Very easy, smooth, and pleasant experience, would recommend to anyone!

Extremely over priced, they will unfortunately brush you off if you have any research under your belt on a reasonable market value of the vehicle in question and will not even attempt to offer you a better deal from their listed price. Expect at least an additonal $1500 tacked onto the price of the car for "prep" and "doc" fees. The car I saw was dirty and had damages inside and out, not sure where that $1000 of prep goes. Online listings are also misleading. There is no forewarning on existing damage, photos will be angled in ways to hide damage. IE if the photoshoot of the car is done in that covered parking lot to shade the vehicle, expect to find a lot of scratches and damage in person. Very disappointing, I don't understand how people are buying here.
