Embarrassed to even be posting this. Sickening for them to wipe out my bank account leaving me empty handed to pay for living expenses during a PANDEMIC! Will not even tell me who I owe money to unless I call them. No I do not want to speak to you on the phone, there is no reason you cant tell me over email. The amount they are taking from me isn’t even equal to what my current debt is...

Knowing people are struggling for money they took every penny out of my account for a tax return I did not file. They didn't even have a number for the fee amount. Just said they take all the money out of your account as a one time fee? That makes no sense and the women was very rude and not helpful at all. Her name is shierdon burns and did not give me the information I was asking for. They couldn't give me a exact number for my fee. Just said they took my whole account.

People working there are knowledgeable and helpful but the system is beyond redemption. Im laid off from covid and after spending a month trying to find my last paycheck i was told they were allowed to take 100% of last paycheck for debts. I owe less than 1,000$ to college due to a paperwork snafu and pay on it. The Wi dept of Revenue took the 600$ that would have paid for my rent and food this month until finding another job. Taking 100% of a paycheck should not be legally allowed. This unethical money grubbing by the system who should be helping and protecting us is why there are more and more people sleeping on the streets.
