I've got a here and I just wanna say I'm really happy with my car. Shantell in the office has great customer service, love talking to her. They are quick to make an appointment if I wanna get the check out for whatever reason and I love that!

Worked with the owners on other business matters and highly recommend anyone in the market for a car. They are very transparent and hold a high level of integrity- which most businesses can’t say the same. Will be sending them more business!

They really do work with you. Try to get you in the car you want even if it doesnt seem affordable. Everyone in the office are very nice and they dont have a problem breaking this down and explain it to you.

Worst dealership ever. I have never experienced nothing like this. Currently filing a lawsuit on them. They told me they had a bank that would finance me. I paid the down payment and insurance and had everything for them and signed the papers. The next day I receive a call from them saying the bank canceled and they had a new bank that would finance use. Went back to sign the papers again and went out of town on a family emergency. While I’m there it started raining and the rain was leaking all over me from the driver door since there was a pretty big dent on the door.and to make the situation worse the windshield wipers did not work on the vehicle, which I was not informed. I get there and the check engine light comes on as well as the airbag light. I took it to a mechanic to have the windshield wipers fixed because I needed them ASAP. I had the mechanic do a full inspection of the vehicle so I could let the dealership know. Keep on find all of this was out of pocket money. When the mechanic finished he told me the car did not have airbags. He informed me that most likely because the car was involved in a wreck and the airbags were deployed and they did not replace them. The car was not listed as a salvage title. I had the dent fixed since I was traveling in the rain which cost me $450 not including the windshield wipers. Later that day I get a call from the dealer saying that the bank canceled again and I need to go back to sign papers. I informed them I wasn’t in town and could make it. He threatened to report the car as stolen if I didn’t go. I was honestly in shock. I leave the day after and my friend told me to be careful because something was off. He had the same experience at a different dealer. He explained to me it was a way for the dealer to keep the car and the down payment u made. The next day I get there I’m on my way to the dealer when I was told I should talk to an attorney just in case. Before we make it to the dealership I stop to call an attorney and two trucks pull in behind me and trap me in. The threatened me out of the vehicle and said I have 10 minutes to get all my stuff out. Keep in mind I have me 12 year old sister and 14 year old brothers with me and it’s 100 degrees in Phoenix Arizona. They take the keys and leave with the car. I had my apartment keys on the keychain with the car keys. We were left stranded 30 minutes away from my apartment with no apartment keys. A couple minutes later the man returned with my apartment key and left.
