I went in to see about a transmission fluid service, ended up getting a oil change also. They were very professional the shop looks very clean and organized, they were very knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and they give you an honest time frame and are punctual, they don't waste their customers time. My car runs wonderfully. I can't thank them enough for their great work at an affordable price. You don't find places like this very often but when you do you hang on to these businesses.

I called in to get my Chevy Malibu done on Monday and was blown away! They were able to get me a great quote over the phone which was cheaper than anyone around! I was able to get my car towed there and had my fuel pump fixed the same day!! Only took 2 hours! When I went in to get my car it started right up and drives great!!! I will be taking my other cars there to get fixed! They are nice, friendly and affordable!!

Good service is hard to find these days. I think it is very important to share when you do have a rare great experience. So happy to have found Mr. Mechanic! He got me in right away, even though it was late Friday evening. Then made sure to get my truck finished on Saturday, the very next day. He was extremely patient with all of my many questions. He updated me as he went along at every turn, making sure to communicate my options. He even went the extra mile and painted my calipers red to match the others, knowing this was an important detail to me. All of that being said, it was affordable and the work he did was flawless. Mr. Mechanic has earned my families business for life! Thank you ..

One of my sons found this place several years ago and had his Camry worked on. We like the excellent customer service and the prices. My other son has called Tim with questions about his car, Tim has given him his time and knowledge without any pressure to bring his car in. I just brought my Tahoe in and had some work done. If you can't fix the problem by yourself, here is a place that you can trust. The Berry family highly recommends Mr Mechanic on Hatcher Rd.

I was very pleased with my experience here. Having my air-conditioning go out in August in Phoenix was miserable to say the least. His prices were very reasonable and the quality was spot on. The rest of his services he offers is great. I recommend Mr. Mechanic to anyone. Great all around place.
