I ordered 2 pizzas today after I called and was given 50% off code. I planned on giving them a $10 tip because of this nice gesture. I arrived to pick up my order there was a guy outside smoking a cigarette, nodded and he did not nod back, he came in after awhile as he was an employee. The guy making our pizza was not wearing a mask, the guy behind the counter also had his mask down then put it up as I walked in. The person that was making the pizza then put a mask on. The guy counting money or whatever and had touched his mask went to the oven got my pizza, cut then boxed it with no hand washing there in between. Then the other guy came out and apologized he had to remake my pizza not realizing it was thick crust but as he was talking was pulling down his mask. I asked him why he did not have a mask on while he was making the pizza, he didn't respond I asked why he had to keep taking down his mask every time he talked and he said so he could hear , he could turn the music off though. I cancelled my order and asked what the hell they were thinking, we are in the middle of a global pandemic and left to the sound of the other 2 guys laughing.

Used to have great service and still has good pizza, but for the last few times I have attempted to order I have been told that they're just too busy, dont have enough drivers or that orders are backed up. Don't get me wrong I get it when things are just too busy, but this has been over the span of a couple months and seems to be a regular thing. It seems there needs to be more employees or there needs to be a review of current methods of management. Still love the pizza, if I can get one here and there.

Call your customers before you shut down your app and cancel an order. If it was too late to order from you all i would've understood and ordered somewhere else. Instead i get no notification until i check my email and then check tracking 30 min later.nnI understand times are tough and the current staff is overworked but the owner should be addressing these issues. I'm seeing many other service related concerns with your location and it's disappointing. You guys have great pizza. This locations needs more support.
