My opinion of pizza hut has gone back and forth a bit, but my latest experience here was a stark contrast from my last experience at Marcos. My pizza hut order was done on time, it was what I ordered and it was still hot all of which should just be expectations, but none of which were true of my last Marcos order. Did not disappoint.

Ordered a pizza. They said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. When I got there they didn’t have any record of the order and didn’t have anything for me.

A surprisingly outstanding place for carryout pizza. Pizzas are made quickly, are always piping hot when you arrive to pick them up, and I have yet to have an order with a mistake. Pizza Hut has definitely improved a lot in the last few years. Ordering online is a breeze and if you sign up for their rewards program it's very... rewarding? Frequent deep discounts and game day specials.

So I usually am a huge fan of Pizza Hut and usually go to the one on Mineral Pointe and have never had a problem. I decided to go to this one because it was on the way home and boy was that a huge mistake.nnWe asked for extra pepperoni, as we always do, and they stacked some of them 6-7 high. There were so many pepperonis that the pizza didn't cook enough and it was positively swimming in grease. You would pick up a slice and the grease would run off in a steady drip. We tried eating it anyway because we were so hungry but my wife and I could barely stomach it.nnSo disappointed. Especially in a time like this I wish I would have supported a small business and not the Hut. We won't be back. I'll forever equate Pizza Hut with this nasty grease ball wreck of a pizza.
