Though my attorney was satisfactory, Ann Hartwig, the rest of my service through this lawfirm has been an utter disaster.nnI waited 4 years to find out my benefit amount is 0. That I will be receiving only 75 percent of back pay because of a contract we barely discussed.nnThey did their research but I have repeatedly had to get ahold of them as the communication has been mediocre at best. I have seen my lawyer twice and spoke on the phone once. She did no more than I could have done myself and honestly I do not believe I got my money's worth.nnShe spoke very little during my hearing and hasn't spoken to me since. So though she told me the most wonderful story about her mother and advocated for trans rights, I cant say all in all that I am satisfied with the service I have received.
