I'm a loyal customer of Phoenix Car Care. Billy, Chris, Scott, and Jose have always been there when I needed help with my car and trucks. Billy is a very honest mechanic and his prices are fair. I appreciate all the help I have received in getting my vehicle fixed. Some car companies will try to diagnose unnecessary items, however at Phoenix Car Care Billy and his team are honest and explain what items need to be fixed right away and what items can be postponed. Thanks for all your help.

I have known Bill for several years and and I know that he is a fair honest person. I own a towing service in Phoenix, and I always take my trucks to him to have them diagnosed and repaired. I also recommend my customers to Phoenix Car Care when they need a repair shop. I always trust that Bill will take good care of them.

A friend recommended me to Billie about 7 years ago. At that time Billie was with another corporate entity. A few years later he struck out on his own at which time I, and many others, followed him because of his integrity to the automotive repair business. His new shop, Phoenix Car Care, does not have the ambiance of a large corporate business, but rather it has the warmth of a down home business where, when you walk in, you feel respected and listened to. Never has Billie or any of the employees of P.C.C. tried to sell me something that was not needed. Billie has explained to me what work or repairs, needs to be done and, if needed sometime in the future, when. The work this shop puts out is of high quality, with reasonable prices and above all, integrity that is rarely found in the automotive repair business. I will continue to use the services at Phoenix Car Care and will recommend him to family, friends and co-workers.

I took my pickup to Phx Car Care with an emissions related problem. I had already taken it to 2 other shops that charge me for repairs that didn't solve the problem. In only 2 hours the professionals at Phx Car Care had my pickup ready for emissions and even took it to the emissions station and it passed with flying colors. Thank you Billy and Chris for a job WELL DONE.... I will recommend you to all my family and friends.
