Love Dragonfly! Great atmosphere, wonderful instructors and variety of fun and challenging classes for everyone. Really missing it right now!
I have done hot yoga at other studios in the past but took a break for about 5 years. Started getting into it this winter when I was bored and unmotivated with my regular gym membership. Became a member at the end of December 2019 and have been almost every day since. In that short of a time, I have felt huge physical and mental differences. The staff is extremely welcoming, instructors are supportive and knowledgeable, and all of the different locations with options for class schedules are great. Thank you!
I had such a great experience for my first Hot Yoga class. I felt incredibly better - physically and mentally - afterwards! I can't wait to go to my next class!
Dragonfly is warm and welcoming. No judgment at all. No experience needed. Love it!
Cozy and colorful facilities (I’ve been to three of four locations) and superb teachers!
