I came in to get my a/c repaired on my GLI and Chris quoted me at a fraction of the cost compared to the dealer. Got the job done much quicker than expected and was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop in a long time. I highly recommend these guys and I will definitely be making this my go to shop in the Phoenix area.

When my car was under warranty I was getting my service done at the dealer but this is the first 3rd party mechanic I’ve trusted based on reviews and recommendations in VW forums. Derek did a DSG service and some VCDS coding for me.
Not only did he not try upselling me on needless services or snake oil he actually offered to answer any questions I have when I’m doing my own self service.
Although it was just routine maintenance I had I left today with the impression that he enjoys and takes pride in his work- that’s who I want servicing my car. I’ll be back.
