Great service. Called in to check if they have antibacterial spray during my college daughter's quarantine stressful situation and Walgreen's Robert checked to make sure they have it and hold it for me to pick up. Thank you, Robert.
Staff members are efficient. Beware, however, high number of customers not wearing masks. Frightening to say the least.
I dislike going to this location simply because the costumer service here is a bit on the slow side. Every time I go into this store and I have an issue the manager is always the short Hispanic teenage girl who never knows how to do anything. She’s always unsure of how to help and frequently has to ask another manager what to do or says “I think” like I don’t care what you think I want to KNOW what the problem is.
For the pharmacy department: Drive thru customers need to be priority. Period. Its just drive thru etiquette. Most times it's reasonably fast.
First off I try not to go to this location for the simple fact that the good employees are outnumbered by the bad ones...for example I went to purchase a drink and get cash. I thought I asked for some money back from the cashier. I was mistaken...BUT when I said oh I thought I was getting some cash back the cashier put her hands in her pocket looked at the register and nonchalantly said nope...I come here to get my medicine..i think I'll start going to fish hatchery. I'm done with the rudeness
