Adam, our Field Service Adviser, was beyond outstanding and hopefully will be featured as an example of the very best in service. Adam kept me informed of progress and timeline of the service being performed on my car. He was quick to respond to messages, volunteered important updates without having to ask. At the end of the service, I had an important appointment and couldn't make it back to the dealership. Adam drive my car 20 miles to my rural home on a Friday night. That, is service at it's best. I will definitely recommend Fields Volvo and Adam as a service agent to anyone considering services there.

Very dishonest people. They sold me an unsafe certified Volvo. Brakes and tires all had to be replaced within 3 days of purchase. No inspection was done on the car by the dealership. They are very untrustworthy. Beware!!!!
