Great service even though it took longer than expected! Sammie and Marissa took great care of us and actually offered to go get our tires we purchased elsewhere and then put them on the car! So much better than in the past. Some of our faith has been restored in MINI. We just wish we would not have been so unlucky with our 2 Countryman’s.

Very thorough! My mini was new to me and I had multiple questions. I had all my 1st oil change done and all my questions addressed and more. Service Advisor was helpful and Tyler in Sales was very knowledgeable!
