We love our BMW X1 and are pleased with the service department as well—always polite and professional.nnI returned today (10-1-2020) for a routine service and oil change. Getting service under COVID-19 conditions was not a problem. Everyone was masked, customers and staff alike. The waiting area had been sanitized and chairs were spaced apart. And my vehicle was washed on the outside and sanitized at all of the touch points on the interior. ud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffc

I had an awesome experience, not just with my new car (which I LOVE), but the customer service is excellent. The team was really easy to work with and happy to accommodate my requests. So very happy with my car, and everyone at this location. I'll definitely be back.nEdit: service department leaves a lot to be desired. Poor communication all around, doesn’t leave vehicle in owner’s settings. No communication of cleaning protocols (I don’t think they did). Just oblivious. But asked me multiple times for a survey so, here’s my feedback.

My experience was great. I got a fantastic deal on a pre-owned BMW. Carlos, Denise, and Jimmy were all really awesome to work with and made the process totally smooth, fast, and painless. I worked the most with Carlos, and he was great. He got me a great car that I love, and made the entire process enjoyable along the way. I will definitely plan to work with him again in the future

Worked with Carlos Saavedra who was outstanding. Helped me get the price I wanted on the car I wanted. Made the buying process super easy. No surprises, no hard sell of silly extras. Straightforward and forthright. Would definitely work with him again.

Very personable people! I was able to get an early appointment and get everything wrapped up in an hour. They even fixed a couple of things that I was going to fix the following day! Will definitely take my car there again!nnThank you BMW OF Madison!
