I got a mailing about a chance to win money towards a new vehicle, and while I’m aware these are typically scams, I am actually in the market for a new car, so I thought it was worth going in. I made an appointment through the website entering the offer/contest details, and I drove out the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted (begrudgingly) by a woman with short red hair (I think I heard her name was Sue) and she asked me for ID that has an address that matches the mailing. My ID has my former address and no where in the process did they inform me that I would need an ID to verify my address. She would not assist me any further or even just check to see if I had a winning card so I could decide whether it was worth it to drive all the way home and all the way back with appropriate ID. She was not apologetic or compassionate. Just very cold and rude. Worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I will not return to this place for my vehicle purchase. They lost a sale and a potential return customer.

My husband and I have purchased vehicles at over 8 different dealerships over the years and this was by far the best car shopping experience we have ever had. Tracy was great! She helped us find exactly what we wanted at a great price and made the whole process stress free. UPDATE 11/20: This past month we traded in our G4 for a new outlander limited with the help from David and Tracy. The process was very smooth and took only a few hours. They also gave us a great deal on the new car and a very fair amount for our trade in. David went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything that I wanted and kept it within my budget.

I have been looking for a car for years now and could never find the one I wanted, until I ran into Tyler Kim and he found it in less than two weeks! He is a great salesman, has really good social skills and knows how to work with people and get exactly what they want. Top notch type of guy.

Called inquiring about a vehicle they had just received. Worked with Tracy and Steve. Tracy was responsive and thorough answering questions I had. We reached a price that worked for our Family. Was able to have everything set up before I came down as it was a 2 hr trip. Ian helped me finish up the deal when I arrived. Janaye, who helped me sign the paperwork was professional and accurate. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Will be coming back to purchase my next vehicle.

Perfect Outstanding Service!!!! Mad City Mitsubishi was the best car dealership I have ever seen! I have been to other dealerships and they have nothing on this place. Tyler Kim helped me out with vehicles and was by far the best around. He is a great listener and knows exactly how to help with any and all questions and concerns.
